Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 July 2026

Using DayBrief

DayBrief is a personal productivity tool provided as-is. By signing in and using it, you agree to these terms. You must have the right to access the Google account you connect, and you are responsible for activity in your account.

What you can expect

DayBrief connects to your Google account to show your email and calendar, generate a daily brief, and manage tasks, notes, and events. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We aim to keep it running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Your responsibilities

  • Review any email draft before sending — you are responsible for messages sent from your account.
  • Review events and changes DayBrief makes to your calendar and tasks.
  • Do not use DayBrief for unlawful purposes or to abuse others.

AI-generated content

DayBrief uses AI to summarise your day and draft content at your request. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Treat it as a helpful starting point, not a source of truth, and check anything important before acting on it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DayBrief is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including missed messages, scheduling errors, or AI inaccuracies. You use the service at your own discretion.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service over time. You can stop using DayBrief and revoke its access to your Google account at any time. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
